These Store Partner Terms are an agreement between [legal entity name], the company that operates thrippy, and the business that installs the thrippy app on its Shopify store. They govern your participation in the thrippy store partner program, including how your inventory is displayed to thrippy users and how the connection between your store and thrippy works.
You enroll by installing the thrippy app through Shopify's official app installation flow and approving the requested permissions in your own Shopify admin. By completing the installation, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of your store and that you accept these terms.
When you install the app, thrippy receives read access to your product and inventory data through Shopify's API. thrippy uses this access to display your listings to thrifters, to keep those listings in sync with your store on an automatic schedule, and to operate the features of the partner program. Your API credentials are managed entirely by Shopify and are never shared with thrippy staff or any third party.
You retain full ownership of your store, your product content, and your customer relationships. Purchases initiated through thrippy are completed through your own Shopify checkout under your own policies. You grant thrippy a limited, non-exclusive license to display your product content, including titles, descriptions, images, and prices, for the purpose of operating the service.
